Where is my order shipped from?

We process orders from various warehouses globally according to the customer's location and inventory availability, so as to ensure the fastest delivery possible for each order. Warehouses are located in the United States of America, France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Italy, United Kingdom, Turkey, the Russian Federation and China.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your orders. Internationally, it will take 5-12 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global logistics pipelines, there might be unforeseen delays in order deliveries. These delays may extend deliveries up to 30 business days or even further and are not within our control. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such delays and we wish all of our customers to be safe and healthy.

Where do I find my tracking code?

After processing your order within 2-5 business days you will receive your tracking code through the e-mail adres used at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Your order can be checked with the provided tracking code within the e-mail. There will be a link available in the same e-mail where you can track your order.
